The Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA), which took effect in 5 June 2020, creates a framework for Indonesia and Australia to access a large potential in their bilateral economic partnership, fostering economic cooperation between companies and individuals. Australia's trade in goods and services with Indonesia was worth an approximate of US$7.8 billion. This article focuses on how the Indonesian government can learn from the IA-CEPA.
